4 Seasons Ties is proud to announce that it has acquired a new panel saw.  This innovative piece of equipment will allow the formwork materials manufacturer to supply Canadian and U.S.  builders with very high precision products. The Saint-Rosaire company is proud to be the only company in North America with this high precision equipment and its powerful computer for processing the various parameters.

To optimize production of formwork panels, 4 Seasons Ties installed a new automated assembly line.  This high tech equipment dramatically enhanced the manufacturing process in addition to increasing speed of production.  Previously, processing 400 to 450 panels per day per shift required eight employees, whereas now four employees can produce 850 to 900 panels per day per shift.  In addition, this assembly line has made many of the tasks easier, specifically those involving lifting or moving heaving materials.

Peter is a dynamic person with vast experience in the manufacturing process and the raw materials used in foundation panels, ties and accessories. His 29 years in the industry assures us of excellent knowledge and representation.

He will succeed Mr. Yves Courtois, who has departed us for a well-deserved retirement.  We take this opportunity to thank Yves for his many years of loyal service to 4 Seasons Ties and Form-Tech Inc., and wish him a happy retirement filled with new projects.
