To optimize production of formwork panels, 4 Seasons Ties installed a new automated assembly line.  This high tech equipment dramatically enhanced the manufacturing process in addition to increasing speed of production.  Previously, processing 400 to 450 panels per day per shift required eight employees, whereas now four employees can produce 850 to 900 panels per day per shift.  In addition, this assembly line has made many of the tasks easier, specifically those involving lifting or moving heaving materials.
